A training centre is set up to conduct on-job training activities for supervisory staff and general workers. For meeting the ever-changing need of quality standard, regular session with updated concept are carried out to achieve the targeted result. Special attention is paid to stick with the requirement of ISO9001:2000 for total operational efficiency and record completeness.

There are 650 trained and skillful employees to perform daily operational function. Most of our employees have been with us for more than 10 years. Therefore, our quantity and quality control can be retained at a consistent level.

To be environmental friendly in sense of improving the problem of air pollution, a new solar energy system has been installed to provide heat to boil water meeting the need of production and daily use.
