Sample Request
Sample orders - consisting of one half pair in different styles - are free of charge. However, any sample requests which include the specifications below will incur a cost:1. The request for a sample which is based on your own design;
2. The request for a new fitting or new outsole moulding;
3. Courier charges for the shipping of samples;
4. Material cost for a sample request involving specially-made materials.
Payment Terms
Overseas OrdersFull, non-refundable payment is due on sight; however, terms can be negotiated. Letter of credit must be received by Ngai Shing Shoes a full 60 days prior to delivery and after order confirmation.
Local Orders
A 30% cash deposit is required, with the balance of payment collected as 'cash on delivery' once delivery to your designated warehouse has occurred. Terms can be negotiated.
Order Delivery Lead Time
Delivery of your items will occur approximately 75 days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of letter of credit. Urgent orders will be accommodated as necessary. Orders received during peak seasonal production times may require more than 90 days to be completed. It is for this reason that we strongly suggest booking your orders early.Quality Assurance Policy
All customers are welcome to send their own quality assurance personnel to the Ngai Shing Shoes manufacturing plant with the purpose of inspecting their ordered merchandise. Inspection can occur at any point in the production procedure prior to delivery. Rest assured that should any issue with quality be detected by your personnel and agreed upon by Ngai Shing Shoes, we will promptly correct the issue.GSP Form A, Certificate of Origin, Re-Export Certificate of Origin
Ngai Shing Shoes will provide GSP Form A and a Certificate of Origin, both issued by China Customs. However, re-export Certificates of Origin, issued by Hong Kong Customs must be requested by the customer.Ngai Shing Shoes can also provide customs declaration tariff codes and material descriptions for those customers wishing to have additional reference and information. If necessary, we can also provide a simple custom classification sample to be used at the importing customs office.
