Sample Request Handling
Basically, sample order of half pair for different styles is free of charge. However, the following special sample request will be at customers' expenses for :-
1) new fitting and new outsole moulding;
2) courier charges for sending samples;
3) material cost if special made material is needed.
Of course, it is our pleasure to meet as much sample requirement of our customers as possible.

Payment Term
For Overseas Orders:
To be settled by 100% irrevocable L/C at sight (can be negotiated).
L/C to be received by Ngai Shing Shoes 60 days before delivery and after order is confirmed.
For Local Orders:
To be settled by 30% deposit in cash and balance payment to be collected as "Cash On Delivery" upon delivery to designated warehouse (can be negotiated).

Order Delivery Lead Time
It takes about 60 days for delivery after order is confirmed and L/C is received. However, we will try to accommodate our customers' urgent order lead time, if possible.
For critical peak season, it may need 75 days or more to finish the whole production process. Early booking and advance orders are strongly recommended.

Quality Assurance Policy
Customers are welcome to send their own quality assurance personnel to inspect their merchandise during and after the production procedures in manufacturing plant of Ngai Shing Shoes before delivery. If any quality problem is detected and agreed by Ngai Shing Shoes, we are willing to correct the problem as soon as we can.

GSP Form A, Certificate of Origin, Re-Export Certificate of Origin
We can provide GSP Form A and C.O. issued by China Government Customs. On the other hand, Re-Export C.O. issued by Hong Kong Government Customs can be supplied by us upon our customers' request.
Detailed customs declaration tariffs codes and material description can be provided by Ngai Shing Shoes for customers' reference and information. If necessary, a simple sample for custom classification at importing customs office can be supplied by us as well.

Import License, Import Preferential Tariff, Quota And Anti-Dumping Tax
Customers are requested to check with their custom brokers if they are governed or granted with any of the above-mentioned criteria for importing footwear to their own countries. Different countries have different customs import regulations.
